Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging. Tea blends are in heat-sealed packaging and must be returned with the seal still in tact to be considered for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@tozitea.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you are exchanging an item, we will send you the new item as soon as possible after we receive the returned item. Please note that you may be responsible for paying any difference in price between the returned item and the new item.
Given the nature of some of our products, we hope you understand why we may have a slightly more strict policy for returns and/or exchanges. Opened and/or used tea blends, bath salts, herbal bath kits, essential oils, or bath bombs cannot be accepted. However, please let us know of any extenuating circumstances and we may be able to evaluate on a case-by-case basis if we are able to offer an exchange for different products or store credit.
