Balance 2 contains nine botanicals traditionally used for supporting comfort during hormonal transitions and throughout the monthly cycle. This non-caffeinated blend offers earthy, warming flavors with refreshing mint and tart hibiscus notes. Ideal for luteal phase support and during life transitions.

Vitex & Shatavari Root: traditional botanicals used to support cycle regularity, reproductive wellness, and overall hormonal balance.

Black Cohosh Root: time-tested women's herb traditionally used to support comfort during temperature fluctuations, night-time comfort, and natural life transitions.

Directions: Bring water to a boil. Steep freely or in infuser for ~8 minutes. Recommended serving is a tablespoon or 3 grams. Please be mindful of drinking hot liquids and handle carefully! Can be enjoyed cold or hot.
