Ingredients: Shatavari, Ashwagandha, Red Raspberry Leaf, Red Clover Tops, Nettle, Damiana, Vitex Berries

This blend does not contain Caffeine 

Directions: Steep freely or in diffuser for 5-10 minutes. Use in 1 cup of boiling or hot water. Recommended serving is 1 to 1.5 tsp of your blend. Please be mindful of drinking hot liquids and handle carefully! Can be enjoyed cold or hot.
