Nettle: nutrient-dense herb rich in essential minerals that support reproductive health and overall wellness. 

Vitex: herb traditionally used to support cycle regularity and reproductive wellness.

Apple Pieces: provide natural sweetness and antioxidants that complement the herbs and encourage consistent daily use.

Directions: Bring water to a boil. Steep freely or in infuser for ~8 minutes. Recommended serving is a tablespoon or 3 grams. Please be mindful of drinking hot liquids and handle carefully! Can be enjoyed cold or hot.
